about all that Kibble Stuff
Yo Survivors and current Egg Hunters xD

sorrry for my english ;)

I dont quite get it, and i hope some of you can explain me the stuff.
and no i didnt find usefull stuff on google or search.

So, thats what i understand:

Every Dino has his favorite Kribble.
Example, Ankylon like the Kribble made from Dilo Eggs.

The Devs said, Favorite Kribbles are 40% faster then Prime Meat taming, AND more Effectivnes.

So far so good.

So, what happens if i feed them the "non favorite" kirbble?

Lets say, i feed at Ankylon the Dodo Egg Kribble?
Do i still have the 40% faster tame speed, but i loose the extra effecitvnes? or is it crap at all?

Thats the Question i have, and i found no answer, maybe some of you guys, or even a Dev could answer that.

1) where the hell did the R come from? I mean I get not being a native english speaker, but wtf.

the rest... basically i wonder that too. I notice that dodos and turtle egg kibbles not being preferred by anyone. is it still better than plain raw meat or mojo berries? or... ????

and no, tamed dinos definitely drop eggs.

Only pet I've seen so far lay an egg was a male raptor.

yeah sorry, dont know where thet R came.,.... xD

So noone knows it seems.

And yes, Tamed Dinos lay eggs, i got about 15 Eggs from my Dodos in the last few hours. 1 Bronto, 1 Stego and 1 Raptor.

I really curios how "good" non favorite Kibbles are

also how much kibble do you need to feed per tame? is it just one or do they eat many? ive been taming rex/spinos in the lvl 80s range with nothing but prime meat and it takes around 3-4 hrs and end in the low 70 eff range. anyone test how much kibble you need to end in the 90s eff range?

First I"m pretty sure it says 40% better than regular meat..not prime. Actually here's exactly what it says

"Put all meats taming speeds/values exactly where they originally were. Made Kibbles 40% faster for Taming than Raw Meat ever was......." < not prime meat

Second if you type "Kibbles" using the search feature you'll find tons of posts about it and how to make them.

i dont care about "how to make them",

My Question was:

Wahts the diffrents if i feed n Ankylon instead of his favorite "Dilo Kibble" some "Dodo Kibble"?

Does it loose only the bonus Effectiveness? or also the 40% tame speed.

And about that, i found nothing.

And IF its really is true, that Kibbles are only 40% better then "normal Raw meat" then Kibbles are absolutly useless, because of the latest patch, they changed Raw Meat, Prime meat back to how it was, that means 1 Prime Meat = 4 Raw meat. so kibbles would be useless.

I hope and think, they made a typing error and it should say "40% better then Raw Prime meat"

Given all the effort (gathering eggs, getting veggies, getting a specific type of meat) any kibble SHOULD be far more effective then prime meat, but we'll see if that actually works or not. I'm sure someone is testing it.
Dalle 14. Juli 2015 um 19:02
To be honest. why go through all that trouble of making that kibble ♥♥♥♥ if its not better than prime meat? we have spend hours and hours now making the farms running. picking up dino ♥♥♥♥ and putting it in composts. making irrigation. waiting now for the plants to grow. and than getting the prime meat cooking the prime meat. than putting that prime meat in a preserving bin. finding oil put that in preserving bin too....waiting several hours for it to become prime jerky. and to not being 40% faster than prime? meat? i think it most definetly will. otherwise. screw that ♥♥♥♥. than ill just go for the regular raw prime meat. put up a preserving bin with some sparkpowder and do it the old way. (edit) wait i forgot you gotta find them eggs too. which are no where? been walking around tracking a stego for 15 mins. no eggs. nah i dont think its worth it really.

Kibble is useful for high end eff taming not for tame speed. I'd just like to know how much can you expect to use to tame a lvl90 Rex and end in the 90s eff range. I can get 70s eff range with only prime atm.
Azrael 14. Juli 2015 um 19:05
Maybe once the DevKit is finally updated I'll toy with the numbers and make kibble worth it.

That's exactly what the patch notes say...70% with prime...100% with kibble...how many it takes...either get out there and test it..or wait for someone else to do all the work for you..like the lazy ass OP of this thread.
