3rd Party Cheats - Global Server Bans

Hey guys, just thought I'd ask whether a Macro counts as a cheat?

Firstly I must say that I use the following on my singleplayer and would like to know the answer to this BEFORE I hit the official server scene.

Basically creating a macro using built in functionality of my keyboard to press 'E' once every second. As I'm sure people know picking up stone can be a real ♥♥♥♥♥ on your spamming finger and this really doesn't speed the process up, anyone thats picked up a lot of stone knows you can't pick them up as fast as you can press 'E', this just helps prevent the otherwise unavoidable RSI you'll develop after just a few minutes mashing that key.

So, would using this on an Official Server get me in trouble which, with the new global bans, I'd really like to avoid :)

Would love a Dev to respond, and while writing this realised that maybe at some point the collecting ground item mechanics may be switched to holding 'E'?

Search Ark Dev Tracker on google and you can see all of the dev replies. And yes I second, he said macros don't count. Said this a few hours ago.

It would be way to complex for them to detect if you are using a macro or if you are pressing the key yourself.

Also I don't think they would care because it is not giving you any benefits over the other players. Except a longer live time of your e key.
