Can you play offline, with no internet/wifi.

So i travle a lot, and dont always have the internet or wifi. Could i still play this game?

I don't think hosting singleplayer game requires internet at all. c.c

Single player tested when internet down, and was able to play, but running a server on a lan did not allow connection even on lan with internet down. Version 185 I think was the version I tested with no internet.

steam does tho, and it requires steam. like most all steam games you need net to even play them.

i tried running it while my internet was out one day and it wouldnt let me play ark without steam, and i couldnt login to steam.

You can just go in offline mode

i play in singleplayer and its okay. Host local then on the bottom letf is the singleplayer. it goes without internet but you are alone then.The whole world starts with you so you dont find very high leveled cratures and when you go offline the game is paused. No one has to feed your pets.
