Large Bear Trap

Probably mentioned many times, but this Large Bear Trap holds dinos for 5 sec I mean srsly.

Make it longer like Wild Dinos 30sec+.

The traps are intended for PvP use, not for wild dinos as was stated by a dev in a previous thread (Seriously people use the search function)

I don't think it's for PVP use only, as for what I read it's for animals as well. use the internet seriously.

I agree and people dont use skill they use glitching a lot and bear traps and gun are very useless in pve.Lot of content is useless in pve and solo and wild dino in all game type 8 or 15 second of immobility won't break the game .Balance betwwen pve and pvp is so much annoying and stupid .Rework taming and bear trrap and make sure taming require skill and ressource .Having to see bear traps useless in pve make no sense.

30s seems pretty OP in terms of risk free taming considering how easy they are to make.

I could see maybe 10 but 5 strikes me as reasonable.

The current 5second the trap holds for is more than enough for it to be used as intended.....

The problem is not the trap...but your expectations of it and your lack of creativity in using it....

So, it does not work as YOU thought it should.....

You can either complain about it (as you saw fit to do)...or put a little more thoughts into its use.

Large Bear Trap AS IS is a great tool for kiting, taming, chokepoint fighting and as prelude to defensive measures.....use your brain a little more....and if thats not possible (as Im guessing it may be for OP) then look on youtube and steal ideas from those smarter than you.
