Mammoth Troubles

So I have an off and on problem that has been echoed by several other people on my server. Sometimes my mammoth cant hit trees to save her life. Easily 80-90% of her attacks ignore every tree I try to fell. The only attack that hits consistantly is the one that causes her to rear up and stomp. Other times however I can clear trees with her like I assume she is intended. Each normal attack 1 or two shots the trees and every attack seems to land. Unfortunatly it seems that the former is the most common state of things on my server.

To add, while this problem is active the mammoth only seems to gather as much as a stone hatchet rather than the 20+ wood per tree she usualy gets

had this happen with a trike, not a big problem, but maybe there's something to this.

the mammoth kinda has 2 attacks, the stomp and the tusk attack, stomp works fine but the tusks miss trees 90% of the time, try facing left when attacking to force stomps.

That pretty much sums up my issue. There are times where everything works perfect. In fact for a long time my mammoth was farming perfectly, then after a couple updates it's ability to farm trees got nerfed by most attacks missing.

I've noticed that the problem is much more evident when more people are in the server and ping is higher. I played this morning with 30 ish people and it seemed to be working as intended, but last night it was so unreliable.

Yeah, yesterday I tried harvesting right after a crash and my mammoth was harvesting beautifuly. A couple hours later, not so much.
