What's new in this version

The chat spam bug is finally gone. ARK started to send a keep alive package randomly after the RCON performance bugfix. Now i get that package and throw it away ;)

Prerequisites

The tools needs .NET Framework 4.5 which should be installed with the setup if it isn't already installed.

How did you fix this problem? I am experiencing the exact same problem after Ark gobbled up all 32GB of my ram and crashed several times...

Connection to server failed. Check your host and port.

Host is definitely correct. RCON port is 27019 like what it says in the command line. Query Port is the same as the Host 27018 but still cant connect. Is this because the port isnt forwarded? Very annoying, cant even get through the first step.

the program works perfectly here.. and i have not sat up any portforwarding.... make sure that all numbers are put in correctly. :-)

I have searched so much with to no avail on why your program will not start. It use to but suddenly has stopped. I start it and the icon shows up in the systray but doesn't show the window and when I hover over the systray icon it disappears. I have search the windows event logs and found this:

Try deleting this folder: C:/Users/YourUsername/AppData/Local/xUnion.net
If that doesn't help, save and delete the following folder: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\ArkRemoteAdmin

The last one also deletes your server configurations.
If deleting the second folder works please post a list of all the files and folders within that folder but not the files themself, only the names. The files contain sensitive information like passwords!

Oddly enough, removing the directory under appdata/local worked. I didn't bother with this one before even though I saw it since it looked like only one xml file in each directory. Thank you so much!

I'm glad it helped! This xml stores the size, location and state of the main form. Under some circumstances it can happen that you get negative sizes or an invalid state which let's the application crash. I just haven't quite figured out what these circumstances are. ^^

I'm glad it helped! This xml stores the size, location and state of the main form. Under some circumstances it can happen that you get negative sizes or an invalid state which let's the application crash. I just haven't quite figured out what these circumstances are. ^^

Coincidentally, I had just purchased and installed Comodo Firewall (just for outbound monitoring) a day prior to ARK Remote Admin's crashing. I was running 24 servers at the time so was very suspicious of Comodo and decided to uninstall it and not use it again :P Now that ARK Remote Admin is working again I will try reinstalling Comodo and see what happens and let you know if this issue happens again ;)

'v got a problem, used this tool for a few month, now since the update 256.3 (12 pm today) i can't open this tool, well i can open but it closes automatic second its open... i'v tryed uninstall en reinstall same result, update, ccleancer, adwcleaner, restart my pc, delet the folder from roaming, user...Etc. please help, i have windows 8.

Does it exit after you are connected or even before you connect to any server?
Do you see the main window before it closes?
Do you get any crash message or anything like that?

I can't open ArkRemoteAdmin at all, just have the icon for a few second on the bottom right of my screen, then it disappear.

I recently had this problem. I have a 3 cluster server it was working fine up until a week ago,but now when i try to connect to a server it keeps sending me to the same server, i can't communicate with the rest. Any way to fix this?
