How to access RCON? (Good RCON Client?)

I am a bit of a noob when it comes to server hosting. I assume what I need to do is add the RCON=True thingie to my .bat file, yeah? But what I have no clue about is how do I actually access RCON? I had ignorantly assumed it would pop up a window for me but either I did something wrong or that is not the case.
While we're waiting for the fix anyway, can someone help me out? ^^

Okay, so new Question is what is a good RCON Client to use? Just googling RCON client is not as helpful as I was hoping and I don't know what to look for..

you need a RCON client and then connect to your server with it

Add this to your sever command line

?RCONEnabled=True?RCONPort=32330?ServerAdminPassword=123
(only need to specify a server admin password if you're not already doing so)

Then you also need to download RCON for your computer.

Thanks for responding! I did get the command line thingy done (I think...) I just wasn't aware you needed a separate RCON client

ROFL, ah, never seen that backfire before. Usually it isn't used on something that dropped like...20 minutes ago. Google isn't quite that good.

I second this, I haven't enabled rcon yet as it seems to break everything, but I would be curious how everyone is going to access it.

Ah, thanks! The other answers I got I was under the impression there would just be a generic client you could use...

Hopefully someone will show up in this thread at some point with a definitive answer ^^
