Ark invalid authentication token

I run a server using ASM and my friends are unable to join. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I had this issue a few days ago, the solution in my case was to flush the DNS cache on the Windows machine running the server.

Go to Start
Type CMD and open Command Prompt
Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit Enter

Maybe go ahead and restart the Ark server also to test.

Another symptom was the computer said it was connected to the internet, the Ark servers were in the server list, but no website would connect in any browser. I could ping the websites with CMD and get responses, but they wouldn't load in-browser.

Idk if this helps, but this happened to me today the "invalid authentication token" and it was because I had my steam in offline mode 😅
