Under water lighting?

Is there a way we could attach a light to a dolphin or use a chem light to see under water?

Dino accessories are on the table for future things to happen. Torches/weapons/armour are all likely going to be implemented in time.

Sniper rifle flashlight also works underwater.

Put miner helmets on a bunch of tamed penguins, and have them follow you on the water at night. It looks bloody amazing.
