Underwater Lamps

So... We are able to place lamps on the ocean floor underwater. As well as run power to them from a generator above the surface of the ocean. However... You cannot turn them on. Only set pin codes. Even using a remote access panel to attempt to turn on underwater lamps doesn't turn them on. Would be a really neat way to lighting up deep water aquatic pens like the one I'm building currently to house my plesi and my friends sharks at night, but currently powered underwater lamps will not turn on at all. Hopefully the devs will see this and give us some insight on how they will address this issue or if this wasn't meant to be attempted with the current lamps. :P

Yes you can run power to lamps underwater, yes they will say they are powered. no they will not spread light
