Add on to that the fact that crops ravage through fertilizer, on what planet do I need to top up fertilizer every 12 hours.
on what planet do you need to eat and drink every 5 minutes?
Last time I checked real days last ~24 hours. It takes like 20 minutes for whole day/night cycle. So they would have speed certain aspects of the game up, like hunger and fertilizer use.
Don't try to compare the part of the game you don't like to reality without doing it to the whole game please.
Fertilizer loses value as soon as it comes in contact with a plot with seeds, it can't be refilled, repaired or reuse once it runs out. Meaning that as a farmer, I have to make sure that :
1 : A crop slot won't run out of fertilizer while I'm out of the game
2 : Once I do return, I refill the slot with the fertilizer I've already made
As I get a larger field, that stock of fertilizer needs to be bigger. I already have like 21 compost bin but no way to efficiently to store it.
