Has there been a Spinosaurus nerf/possible bug?

I tamed a pair of Spinos a while back, and migrated them from one server to another. They each had around 3.5k health and 500-600% melee damage. However, after a recent patch (I want to say 180.0 but they move so fast it's hard to keep up), I noticed that my Spinos health and melee damage stats had been reduced by as much as 75%.

[EDIT] I should clarify that the Spinos stats were fine after migration, and this only happened after a few days in the new server.

My higher level Spino (about level 21 or 22) had her health fall from ~3,700 to around 800, and after leveling and putting a few more boost into health, now caps out at about 1,000. Her melee damage was at a Tyrannosaurus-level 600%, but now sits in the low 200%s.

I have not seen any news about tweaking Spino stats in any patch notes recently, so I am wondering if this is a bug. I would very much like it resolved since I just reached level 60 for the first time and crafted a Spino saddle, and it's a shame my big predator mount is much weaker now, being significantly outclassed by my sabre cats.

Transferred dinosaurs get their stats reset as soon as the server is restarted. They said that this was unintentional and that they are looking into it. I've had it happen with every dinosaur so far, our solution for now is uploading a dino before a restart and downloading it again afterwards. It's a lot of effort but I would give my life for my dino's :D

Perhaps with the release of new configurable options, the server admin tweaked Dino stats

Ugh that is exactly what happened to my trike..... wish I had known before I restarted the server! Ah well, utopian retired life for Perfect Rainbow Farts then :)

Is this consistent across all dinos? I have a couple of raptors transferred in too, and they've been fine. The server had been re-started a couple of times before this happened too, so if this is the cause, it hadn't had any effect for at least a couple of days.

The stats are also lower now than they were when we tamed it (it was level 2, so I'd assume they were fairly close to base stats then), so a "re-set" would seem odd since the new stats are lower than base stats. I mean, you could be right and it's nice to know the devs are looking into it, but it doesn't really seem to explain what's happened here.
