Ground leveling?

Just wondering in the future if there might be a way to level out some areas of the ground with a tool (shovel or rake) to make building easier? Found some areas where the ground was raised just enough to obstruct a structure.

Has been stated that this will not be possible with the game engine in use.

SO dont' look for it. THey would have to come up with building foundation work arounds to cope
with such issues. That I think is doable, but what do I know..

I say why not just make it so u can build a structor type wood thing on the ground that makes it so u can meet the same leve as ur other foundations because thats my biggest issue i have had is I want ot make my house bigger but cant because of the drop down or the odd slop :P

A good solution would be to have a dirt foundation that you start with (like the pick and torch). Same as all the other foundations except they can stack on top of each other up to a certain level (like 3 or 4) to prevent abuse in PvP and PvE.

yeah or u can even do gravel from rocks that would prob be better because how are you gonna get dirt unless u can dig up stuff.

Yeah. That's something I thought of after posting. Mine flint/stones and then break them down into gravel which can then be used for the foundation.

Yeah how about they add sort of a mud/gravel platform that will add mud/gravel to make it leveled.
