i guess that would depend on what the base movement is, lets assume that the human base is 100, that would mean for it to be a multiplier, the dilo's base would have to be 0.2777777777777778 and the raptors base would have to be 1.428571428571429
I assumed it was creatures base + % = run speed, either way would work. just depends really on the math they used for calculating it I suppose.
My first tame was a turtle, and I was amazed when it single-handedly took down an attacking Carno due to its sheer bulk.

by the way the rex has armor on its head, i am so sick of watching youtube videos where a guy shoots in the face on a rex
