T-Rex killed all my dinos
I have a metal base with stonewalls around it and metal spikes on the roof and wooden spikes around the stone wall.
While I was putting stuff in my boxes I heard a T-Rex stepping around.
Somehow he clipped himself into my base (totally impossible unless he can fly) and killed all my dinos (they were passive ofc).
I was only able to save my pteroe since I had a saddle on it.
The rex then destroy some of my boxes through the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ metal walls, his head clipped though them!
Nice game, so much fun.
Devs, fix plz!

Ouch! Sorry to hear about that.

You're going to tranquilize the thing and tame it, seeing as it was nice enough to put itself in a pen for you, right?

Yep clipping with dinoes is ridickelous at the moment :(

How high were the walls? they can step over 2 tile high np even with one layer of wood spikes. The metal one can kill them though.

wtf, how do they do that?
that should be too high for them

Double walls are the only current solution to Dino clipping and not having your Dinos on "passive eat me for lunch". FFS man they should be on Neutral at least if penned..except for the fliers who should be on passive and follow some other "anchor passive" Dino while all the others are perimeter guards.

Rex goes over 2 tiles high and spinos go even 3 tiles high walls. To keep everything away you need at least 4 tiles high.

Yeah, never seen a rex step over 2 tile high walls, 2 tile stop them from going over. spino's however i've seen walk right over the top of 2 tile high walls, same with brontos.

4 tiles?, no dino is larger than 4 tiles except the bronto,
how the ♥♥♥♥ do they even walk over them?
ridiculous

Wild Dinos can actually use spikes as a step ladder. The spikes do crap for damage currently..at least to wild ones. If I touch my spike and get "bounced" around (I setup zig zag spike systems) I can just about kill myself and pet if not careful.

Why would you have 100% of your dinos on passive. Were you not able to whistle ALL Neutral or ALL Attack before the Rex wiped your base? If you have metal walls seems like you should be able to handle one T-Rex with or without dinosaur help.

Wow, just wow, sorry for your loss. However this appears to be in the wrong forum.
