Where can I find the map editor?

I can't seem to find it anywhere, and would like to take a crack at it.

Its not really a "map editor" its the actual Unreal Engine 4 thingy, but whatver, you can find it by going to your steam window, mouse over "Library" and select "Tools", in that list you can find "ARK Dev Kit", that is as far as I can understand, what you use to develop maps (and other mods) for this game.

Steam -> Library -> Tools -> Search for ARK Dev Kit (32GB download)

Dang, its pretty big, cant fit it on my tiny hdd. Will have to upgrade.
