We have build walls using real foundations so far. But it's hard to find a place that allows you to cover a significant area using foundations, but you cannot snap them when the height difference gets too high. You should be able to snap them 1 step higher/deeper.
ha, I´d like your problems.... for lack of stone foundations at this point, and also lack of motivation to grind up metal foundations for ALL the base, I put stone walls on stone fence foundations around all the base, just 1 wall high. These cover the vulnerable wood foundations behind,and also look nice. However, you´re going through hell attempting to get the actually straight so after 2 walls there isn't a 2 meter gap between your building and the "cover" wall.
