Lights inside metal bases

Hi, i would like to share my thoughts on lighting inside metal bases. The reflection on lights at the moment is waaaay to high, it is almost blinding.

We recently got electricity in our base and decided to try out a lamp (Which reminds me, wall/ceiling lights would be excellent) and we immediately turned it off because the glare was unreal and the light was bouncing off of like 3 of our walls.

Would be fantastic if this could be turned down so that having lights in metal bases is actually desirable. Thank you.

r.bloomquality 0
In console. I think it will work for online players as well.
r.lightshafts 0 is another to use though I let that be in my game.

If you have bad eyes, there is a period after r.


This should already be a option in graphic settings.
It vastly improves the graphic impression of the game as the bloom and resultant glare is just overdone to an absurd level.

Also what is the default?

Search for ARKEnhancer and use that, lets u tweak these settings and save them.

Default is 1.
I have to type it everytime i log in.
And i play on official too, what would be the point to help you and tell you this if it wouldn't work?

it tweaks the ini, and the game seems to not read the ini for the bloom quality and lightshafts settings.
