DO NOT drag it back above the surface (if it fell beneath the world) or down. It risks becoming unlootable (Has not been repeated yet).
Otherwise, using a terradon or argaventis to fly up to it and loot it.
physics :)
Its really stilly when chasing a dead body is harder than killing it the dino in the first place.
Besided flying up into the air they also race along the ground, which is really annoying when they shoot into the ocean.
Simple fix , when dead set velocity to ZERO.
In fact other than when they are in drag mode, just stop any dead corpse from moving.
I believe I lost my body once due to this. Died right near by base (with a bed in it), was back at the spot in under a minute. No body to be found.
Also I have this theory that players who do not have aggro with a dino are immune to accidental dino damage, ie bronto tail. However their tamed dinos are not. hence they start fights with brontos the instant they get tail whipped.
