Leviathan?
So I see pictures in the dosia's (Some of them" Of this giant reptillian monster with a massive mouth of teath in the background which dwarfs a megaladon.

I am curious if this is a shadow of something to come? Or something already n Game?

Look at the Ichtyosauras Dossia, for the best referance.

The creature drawn that is bigger than the megalodon is the mosasaurus which is planned for the game.

Correct. And the devs have hinted there might be bigger things in the oceans to come. :)

I'm personally hoping for some kind of giant pliosaur...

maybe like the actual mythical creature The Leviathan.

The head shape is definitely that of a mosasaur, so it's probably the Mosasaurus. The only thing is, the dossier for the Mosasaurus says that's it's about 50 feet long. But in that picture, the head of the Mosasaurus is already longer then that. Fill out the rest of its body, and it would be several hundred feet long. O_o

For the sake of all our aquatic or amphibious friends, let's hope that picture hugely exaggerates the size of the Mosasaurus.

KRAKEN!

I would like to see a Summonable Kraken type boss, akin to the Brood mother / dragon and such, it would be awesome to have it terrorizing the sea, either as a giant tentacled type octopus like in Pirates of the Caribean, or the Kraken like monster from the Clash of the Titan films.

PS. Dev's we need a better use for Megalodon teeth.

The plesiosaur hints that there may be something in very deep underwater caves that may be larger than the meglodon. It COULD be refering to the mosasaur, but underwater caves do not make sense as a place for an air breathing creature, so I suspect it is hinting at something else.

There has to be an animal that you can not tame and that is going to have some serious damage on him. Right now you can just swim around in the ocean without even caring about the other stuff if you have a megalodon or plesio with you. If there is something out there that can kill you in one bite or perhaps two... Well lets just say that it might make you more cautious when you go into the deep waters. In real life you won't survive a crocodile when it has grabbed you so why shouldn't there be something like that in Ark aswell?

Just like what happened in Jurassic world. The Mosasaurus one shotted the I-rex.

If it was the mythical one. It would be a multi headed fire breathing laughing twisting dragon. Similar to a hydra except more massive, double bridled scales, its fascination with twisting and pulling its prey and twisting the life out of it. Has a certain evolved ability to breath fire out of its mouth, lightning from its nostrils, its eyes are like the rays of dawn, it would be the king of all the creatures in the game. It would have a long neck for each head, teeth all around its mouth, its under belly would look like broken pottery, this is the mythical leviathan.

Swords, guns, arrows, javelins, harpoons, all of that would be at a disadvantage to this thing. It would not run from them either. It would seem to laugh at it.
