To be fair, this may or may not be related to the "Major map update" listed in the last patch notes. But I dread wiping my solo play map to simply test and find out.
I don't think I have seen trees respawning on my single player game.. it would be a shame if it's bugged :(
A bronto came and took down all the trees all around my base as far as eye can see in just 2 ingame days. Nothing has respawned at all
Thanks mate! It's a pity to hear that single player is underbalanced in that aspect as compared with multi-player. I kinda like playing single player (that's the control freak in me talking though..)

But in the meantime it's good to know where the issue is, I'll simply let the game run over, if my character is neaked it's not a problem is she dies of hunger/thirst :p
I think the respawning is bugged...in certain parts..
Thanks! Hopefully the dev's have some time to look into this. I kinda get the idea about ecological impact, but it should be a balance between that, and annoyance.
