Argentavis Talons?

Now that the relics are fixed, my tribe have been gathering all the artifacts, and all the resources needed to summon the broodmother. We have been having a hard time getting Argentavis Talons. We have killed hundreds of birds, and we haven't managed to loot any talons. I was just wondering if anybody else was having this problem, and if this was a bug?

try it with a t-rex, i always find alot of talons on my rex

Nope, doesn't work with a Rex, or without. A few other people on my server aren't able to get any either

try the carnivore island in the north, alot of argentavis spawns there

Any mountain has argents and easier to get to that the island.

And no, I have not had issues with talons. Have no idea, but I sould say at least half my bird kills have talons in their inventory. Since you have received everything else I expect you know to check their inventory.

As mentioned, set a rex or any other large inventory dino you have attacking so looting the targest inventory is enabled.

mountains can be a pain in the ass with all the rocks, big dino's getting stuck and stuff, the island in the north is easy to manouvre and stuff, but a pain to reach, both have their pro's and cons

Argents are often found at the bottom of the mountains and easier to get to. Also, sometimes there are no birds or few birds on carni island. Have been there often when the population is dismal.

no problems here any dino i use gathers claws on 50% of the argent kills.

Make sure the dino you are using has atleast 50% of its weight capacity free.

We tried to loot it with the dino, and just killing the argent and looting it by hand. Neither is giving any talons

I should probably mention, that we are on a primitive server. Anybody able to collect them on primitive servers?

Hi Nikea, if you have killed hundreds there is certainly a problem somewhere. It is not the game cos I throw those talons away now, I can only imagine it could be a server side bug. Notice how I read all of your post and didnt try to tell you where to find birds because I know you get it :)

Primitive server ??? Talons are missing from the primitive server and not fixed yet

People have said that they have found them, but that's probably only on the tech servers. Nobody on the primitive servers are able to find any
