How to use server admin password ?

So, I rent a server and I was trying to turn on server admin priviledge, however I failed everytime.

I have tried everything I could do, writing down server password in GameUserSettings.ini file, typing "EnableCheats adminPW" command in in-game console, creating a text file named "AllowedCheaterSteamIDs.txt" which contains my 17-digit steam ID in ShooterGame->Saved folder.

And failed after all. The button for server admin only in game was still nowhere to find.

What else should I do?

What server admin "button" are you looking for? I've never seen one. Try entering your password with "enablecheats password" then type a command like "cheat fly" and try to fly, see if it works. If you can fly, your admin password is working.

I typed in the server admin pw command and was trying to force tame a dodo but failed, But i'll try the cheat you mentioned.

Well, don't admins of dedicated servers have that button right below the game menu after they press ESC in game, just like what you do in singleplayer and none-dedicated mode?

No problem man, if your server doesn't take off check mine out - I have worked hard in the last 3 weeks to get more people on. I was close to canceling my server but then got a good influx of people so I was excited.
