How long does the Scuba Tank last?
Wiki says "the SCUBA Tank's durability is constantly decreasing while worn, whether you are underwater or not. When the durability runs out, it will no longer provide oxygen."
The durability of the Tank is 45, anyone tried how long this will last before we have to repair?

I did notice it still takes dammage while your on surface. So like a good diver , remove your tank once you get back to shore.

I know, that´s also in the wiki, but "how fast" is it decreasing durability? 1 point per xx seconds or smth like that is what i want to know :-)

I can tell you that I went down to a cave, killed a shark on way down. Harvested the cave went back to surface, went back down to bottom to harvest some oil, and I still have about 60%. So, is it worth it. Yeah, expecially if you use the fins.

Ok that sounds good.
The question is if it´s worth, we´re living in an underwater cave i´ve got 300 Oxygen and we´ve got several stacks of lazarus chowder which let you literally stay forever under water.
Compared to how many EP the mask and the tank together need (i also don´t got the metal water reservoir which is a waste of EP on my opinion) i think i´ll stay with the lazarus for now. But i´tt try the flippers for sure.

Im wondering if the scuba gears get broken faster the more you repair them?. Anyone know?

no, i have a scuba tank that i've repaired so much you would not believe, it still has the same durability.
The amount depends on the quality. I think a primitive is good for about a half hour underwater but I never timed it.

Don't forget you can carry a second (or third, or fourth) tank to switch out to when the first one's about to break, so you can extend your trip indefinitely without having to return home for repairs.
