Housing ownership
I have a quesion about housing ownership (tribe).
I have been playing on my own server for a long time and build a pretty good base/compound. Now I have a couple friends who joined.

Is it possible to make a single building owned by the tribe (so others can make changes to it). But leaving other buildings Player owned?

The idea is to have a big base building where all tribe members can do what they want with it (including adding or removing sections). But let us all have smaller buildings for ourself.

ATM we work with pincodes. Tribe one for main building, personal ones for our own buildings.
This works, but the others are unable to change it. (The main building I've build)

No once you join a tribe all buildings become part of the tribe. At that point others can "snap to it" or build near it but as far as I can tell only the Tribe Leader (admin) can destroy parts of it. So if any of your friends or other players decided later to leave the tribe for whatever (don't like the name you chose or like one of their own better) then everything they created before and after joining the tribe stays in the tribe.

I hope this is changed in the future, so that if the Tribe leader sets it so that Buildings and Dinos are Personally Owned with Tribe access makes it so that if they member leaves the tribe the buildings and dinos all revert back to that owner (atleast the ones he's personally tamed/built). It is a problem with the tribe system that I consider broken.

Not Ark Related but wish it was:

Ultima online had it set up that if you joined a Guild you could then choose to set it so that Guild members could use your structures and pets but unless you actually gave them full access to them they couldn't do anything else with them. These settings where on the pets and buildings themselves not in the tribe admin settings. So I don't know how difficult it would be to change now or via some large patch or dlc. You could also make it so that your friends could access your structures and pets, so if someone was on your friends list and you set your building and pet to allow friend access (had to be set up by individual friend) then they could access stuff without being in your Guild. There was a lot more settings in relation to this but I think you get t he jist of things and this is already turning into a wall of text.

PS) this is one of my bigger issues with Ark atm, once you join a tribe you are stuck with that tribe (unless you have a nice admin who was willing to fix it for you).

Thank you for the reply.
I was aware of the tribe-ownership bug, so before i invited anyone, I set everything on Personal ownership (Dino owner, Dino training, Structure ownership. Only Tribe locks and pin codes and Only Admin Unclaim (Dont want them to try something out and loosing my own dinos, they are new to the game)
I think that should make it so if someone leaves, its all still owned by the makers/trainers. (Think/hope ;)).

The downside to it is that they can't alter my 1st building. Wich I want them to.
But I dont want to have them able to alter my 2nd.

Was hoping there would be a way :) but thanks.
