Command to reset engrams?

Is there an admin command to reset engrams?

kind of... start a new character and pimp the xp gain to maximum and you have basically the same result. and use the giveall command to reown your structures.

so its 2017 and Wildcard has killed mindwipe tonics effectively. so back to the OP - is there a command?

I had this problem i was level 57 and all my engrams and gone, i couldnt make anything. I then killed myself by jumping of a tall cliff and once i respawned as the same character i had all the engrams back and levels so i could then get everything back. Hope this helped
