Any tips for getting a dino unstuck?

My spino has become stuck inside the paddock I'm building and cannot seem to get himself free nor will it let me ride him to try and move him, despite the fact that he's wearing a saddle. This has happened to one of my spinos before but luckily she managed to free herself but this guy is having trouble and it's also REALLY getting in the way of my trying to build.

If I must I suppose I'll have to but that will be a LOT of work to re-do and I don't even know what he hell he's stuck on, it's an entirely flat surface so I don't understand how the hell he even got stuck to begin with. Might try asking an admin to fly him out if possible.

I can't even access his inventory, what the hell.

Yes. Tried having him follow me and went all around him and he can turn and run in place sometimes but for the most part he just jitters, unable to move out of that spot.

Put the spino on Wander, it will find it's way out

If you are on your own server non-dedicated server you can have a mate hope on your server (via invite). Once on the server you saddle the stuck dino, have your mate ride it and then get far enough away that it triggers the "Too far from host" rubberband/teleport. Your mate and the dino will teleport near you. If the animal is aquatic make sure you are over water. If it is terrestrial make sure you are NOT over water. Happy Arking.

He fell through foundation/floor. Happens alot, that is one of the reasons our 12x12 dino pen has as little foundations inside as possible.

I've either had to destroy the item that is making them 'stuck', or melee the animal into unconsciousness, sometimes that works too.

Best bet to destroy the object that they are stuck in and build again.

Is this on a private server?

Try the console command cheats

First hit default key "Tab" to bring up console. Mount the spino if you have a saddle, then type in "fly" then when unstuck, type in "walk" again.

just try not to kill the dino... i can not tell you how many times i've killed the stuck dino cuz i didn't have a saddle and they got stuck on a tree.... i was 3 feet away when i hit them too.

Folks, I believe I clearly stated that he cannot be ridden despite wearing a saddle and I mentioned later about asking the admin to try flying him out so obviously it's a public server where I can't have access to cheats.
I'll try the wander thing though if it lets me. I'd really rather not have to destroy it as I want to have my dinos securely where other tribe members cannot access them.

Before you even try mentioning to just set it to personally tamed and personally ridden, others in the tribe have problems with that. It's only a problem for me because someone decided to set my spinos and rexes on wander. Some claim it's a random glitch but I find that HIGHLY unlikely as it was ONLY mine and ONLY my spinos and rexes, nothing else.

Big dinos like spinos rexs, and brontos basically can't be housed on top of ceilings or foundations without getting stuck like this. You have to figure out which floor pieces it's stuck in and destroy them. And you will have to do this fairly regularly. I would say its probably easier to find a way to work out your tribe issues then house the big boys in a covered pen.

People are honestly trying to give you helpful suggestions on the situation, I understand that you're frustrated with the situation but ... please.

On a public server the chances of a admin doing the 'flying thing' is moot ... You can try whistling to get it to follow you, but I think that won't work either.

I think it boils down to two ultimate solutions.

You said that it's only happening to you and your dino's ... if this was a bug I think it would affect more than just you, however it's safe to say that even on my private server I run into that from time to time.

I even see it with wild random dino's in other areas that aren't affected by my base.
