Plant Species X Comprehensive Guide (gathering info)

My goal is to creat a full and comprehensive guide about all the details of plant species plant species X. Not just to help myself but to help everybody else. I hope to include shots per second, damage per shot, growth time, how to obtain, etc.

The information I am wanting confirmation on as of right now is in the how to obtain category.

First of all they are confirmed to come from plants in the mountains but precisely which ones? Can only those red ones provide the seeds or can all the mountain plants provide them?

These wierd red ones? Most people say these are your best bet.

Please if you have obtained anny of the Plant Species X seeds from any of these plants and are sure of it please coments about it.

Seconldy can a dino harvest these seeds or must they be harvested by hand? I persinoly have made about 3 metall runs with my ankylo under the red obelisk and harvested all of the brown leafy bushes along the way without yielding plant species X seeds. I am unsure weather this is because the seeds are verry rare or becuse those perticular bushes can never yeild the seeds.

And if you have done any research please share it with me.

I've only gotten them from the red plants in the mountains. Both by hand and by dino.

I guide only including weather or not they come from the red plants and no information on leafy or grassy ones. It also does not have any damage information and does not say weather or not dinos can harvest the seeds.

I have read that guide and t didn't include some of that key information. That is why I am trying to put together a "comprehensive" guide

I went through a swamp walk and found two plants that look like grown up XSpecies plants and got close to 20 seeds.

Yes, in the swamp region you can find a plant x pod looking thing and get a large quanity from that one pod, The red plants in the mountain regions (have not seen any in the snow biome regions, and rare even from red plants, ya might get one from 1 out of every 30+ plant ya try harvesting from. From my experiance.
