cheat addexperience 500 0 1 (this one will give 500 xp to the mount you're sitting on).

how would you give it to compies

try around switch the 0 and 1 at the end like:

cheat addexperience 500 0 0
cheat addexperience 500 1 0
cheat addexperience 500 1 1

just check the compies xp's every time after you try one of those. As soon you see it works you can try higher amounts of xp. But i think if one of this cheats work it will give the xp to all dinos and maybe tribemates around you.
