Bad quality graphics after changing
I've played around with the graphics settings a little while ago, setting them to low to see how much FPS I'd get. Now I've reverted it back to high, and everything outside of the low view distance rendering is shown as low quality texture, any object that is high quality in view, like a tree, becomes low quality when chopped down, etc.

Here's a screenshot. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=507800309

I'm not sure if it's a bug. Any way to solve this?

Looks to me like the "distance field shadowing" may be disabled (AFAIK it looked something like your screenshot when I played around with that setting).

These are my settings, running with ~50FPS @ 720p using a GTX970:

It was enabled.

I'm running on a GTX970 too. I've set the graphics to epic for this situation. Unfortunately the problem still persists. Any way to completely clear all graphical settings?

You mesh level of detail is right to minumum. Raise it to the right to max it out, reboot the game and see if that works.
