Armadillo (Doedicurus) Taming tips

Heya all,

I found myself a low level armadillo to practice its taming process.
In order to find out what it likes, I put 50 units of the following: Mejoberries, Citronal, Longrass, Rockarrot and Savaroot. Unfortunately I did not have kibble to test it on.

This is what it took in order from most favorite to least:
1) Citronal
2) Longrass
3)Rockarrot
4) Savaroot
5) Mejoberries

Did the dino eat the cultivated crops in the order they were in the inventory or did it pass up the mejos for them?

actually with one of the patches, they changed it so it eats the least favorite food in their inventory first..

This only applies to already tamed dinos.

Still dilo I think, like dodo kibble is for ptera and icthy

Ok he prefers vitro all but these items go bad very fast outside the fridge. Does it last longer on a Dino?

As far as my testing goes, it's dilo egg kibble.

roughly 15 more minutes per fruit while inside a tamed dino.
Have your already tamed dino near by and extract Citronal's in a x10 or x20 batches.

Recently I have tested some berries in other herbivores and they seem to eat w/e you put in first, the only real way to test it is on a single player server and time it with each berry.

Test again but this time put Mejo berries in. One of the first things I noticed in the game was that they (not tested on doedicurus) always ate Mejo first despite que order.
