Server serch over IP-Adress

My friend has since he played ARK problems to find our server in the officel serverlist. he only can get on it over the ip-adress. with the new ip-adresses he came on an another server the i do. the adress ist corret, but he came on the eu server 425 and the ip adress is from the 426.
