Bird Perches
So I don't know about everyone else but I think it would be a pretty cool feature to have a placable wooden perch that my flyer can fly up to right click and attach to and he stays there until I'm ready to ride him again!

I am just so freaking happy we can park them now LOL I am not wanting more.

Not saying it is a bad idea, and I wouldn't welcome it, just that I am quite content with walking my bird :D

I kinda like that. Put them in a place that's kinda outta the way, but still easy enough to hop on them and take off. Would be nice for pteradons, too, but it might look weird. lol

I'm pretty happy with the way they made the flyers walk now it's a pretty amazing feature just figured it would be nice to stash them out of the way so my bigger dinos weren't getting g stuck on them all time also would make it to where I wouldn't need as big a pen for my dinos at my outposts

I usually make an aerie/roost up on the roof of my base with a dino gate for my birds, so they're usually out of the way, but I could still see a perch thing being a neat addition.

On a slightly off-topic subject of smaller "birds" and perching...
How about an auto-shoulder-perch option for launched Dimorphodons when they return after exiting combat?

I love being able to hit X to launch one to attack while staying mounted on another dino, but I have to dismount to re-shoulder them while they're circling like crazy on follow (and if they weren't on follow, they could fly off to who knows where before finally landing.)
An auto-shoulder-perch setting on their E wheel would be pretty nice, and first come first serve if you have multiple Dimo's.
I need to be a Dimorphodon falconer.

I have yet to tame a Dino but it would be nice to have that feature and also the roost for the small birds

But on another off topic how about the ability to build dome ceilings so we can make an actual bird cage :) jurassic world style
ShadowRoo Sep 29, 2015 @ 3:28pm
Or how about fish tanks

I think being able to put your bird in reverse while landed needs to happen first.

Ikr I really hope it makes it into the final game

And I'm assuming we can expect glass once the desert biome makes its way out
