How to change global chat keybind

I'd like to change Tribal chat to enter so I don't accidentally keep typing in global chat, any way to do this?

Yes, you need to edit a file in you ark...saved/folder.... I believe it is playerinput or userinput.ini...
I can't remember but I have...
Set globalchat=END
Then tribe=Enter

i just go to settings, click on the thing i want to change, or the key for it, and it lets me change it in game

problem is there is no Listed Global Chat in options....... so need to manauly edit the ini file.

I think it is Line 40

+ActionMappings=(ActionName="ShowGlobalChat",Key=Enter,bShift=False,bCtrl=False,bAlt=False,bCmd=False)

I edited this to map to the End key.. Map to what you need
Change to +ActionMappings=(ActionName="ShowGlobalChat",Key=END,bShift=False,bCtrl=False,bAlt=False,bCmd=False)

I want to change the global chat to the Backslash key (the one right above the Enter key). So what is the official name for that key that I type into the config file? Backslash?

I want to do this because I'm left handed so I use the arrow keys for movement and I want Enter to be the Use key.

Ok I figured it out, it is "Backslash" just as you might expect.

Oh I should point out that I edited the Input file in this location instead of what was suggested above and that worked for me:
\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
