Electrical cables - can I hide the thin grey cables?

When I place electrical stuff in a house the grey cables that link the devices to the junction boxes are ugly and make the house look really messy.

Is there a way to turn off their display or have them display a different way?

This can either be a client side or server side option as I play on a server with friends that I host.

Can't be done atm. Best you can do is place the outlets in such a way as to minimize how much you see. So, an outlet directly below a fridge, or as close as you can get, etc...

Or make a walled in area to hold your outlets and place all your electrics around it. Make a crawlspace, etc...

You can make the larger cables align to foundations though.

Yeah... the trouble is if you want electric lights all around the house then the thin cables will link from every nearby junctionbox and it looks aweful ... was really looking forward to getting electricity but this makes it almost not worth having for me :(

Instead of grey straight lines it might be better to just adjust the texture of foundation, wall and ceiling tiles in the area of a junction box slightly.... or to show a sphere of influence from the junction box when placing it/other electrical items.
