Any experience with Nitrado.net gameservers?

I want to open a server together with some friends, we have looked at Nitrado and overall it looks nice, but is the site so good as ark recommands?

The reason for the question is i always look rewievs on sites like trust pilot, and there a guy said a patch is first released days after ark releases them.... is that true? (asking nitrado users)

Well what i kinda seek is a server where we can update as soon update is released and if possible with auto-update (as i can not always be online)

Thats why i try to get all facts before i pick a server host.

Although I´m a german I have to admit that Nitrado is not a good server hoster. I had extremely bad experiences with them ranging from terrible performance to crashes and horrible support as well as lies from the support.
Don´t rent a Nitrado server.

I would definitely not recommend Nitrado.
Some friends and I decided to try private serveurs for Ark and 7 days to die.
The experience was painful (not to say awful). The games were running poorly, lag was frequent.
The worst parts were not to connexion issues or the lag though, they were the data loss.
Several times crashes led to data loss and even worse, our 7 days to die server was randomly reset with no reason, fix, or apology from Nitrado Staff.
Every answer they gave was always away from the topic at hand and we had no choice but to demand a refund and shut down our servers.

TLDR: Bad servers and customer support from Nitrado leads to loss of data and interest.

I was this close to rent a Nitrado server then I saw your post then looking for more reviews - definitely not renting there. After repetitive bad experiences at ActiveGameHost, I'm gonna try Host Havoc.
