if activley growing fruit roughly 9 hours real time, if the crop box has reached it's cap 150 veggies or 300 berries for large it lasts just under 7 days.

The fertilizer is used up at different rates depending on the state of your crop. While it is growing, it uses up the most fertilizer. Generally at least one to two bags will be needed to grow a plant to full growth. After it begins fruiting, it still uses up a lot of fertilizer and will continue to do so until it fills up.

With berries, you can grow a maximum for 299 berries and 1 seed (300 max items seems to be the limit). For veggies and fruit, 149 veggies and 1 seed. The size of he crop plot does not matter. Growing berries in a medium or large crop plot will not yield more than 299 berries.

After the plot is completely grown and full of berries, veggies or fruit, the ferilizer use drops to a bare minimum. I tend to keep about 5 bags of fertilizer in each fully populated plot and that will last you weeks upon weeks.

Many people also fret about irrigation. Currently the game rains enough that in many cases irrigation is not an issue. If you base is inland or not near a water source, use a water skin to fill up a crop plot (Place full water skin in crop plot and Remote Use. Takes 2 skins to fill up one plot.)and it should stay filled up with the rain.
