Not sure if it's solvable though since it just seems to be a screen filter? Oh well, at least it's not Planet Explorers bad where you have puddles forming inside your enclosed structure. Some actual severe weather would be pretty cool though, occasional huge storms and the like.
Yes, as I posted above, there is a bug with the slanted roof not counting as an actual roof. You can work around this if you put a flat roof between the angled roof and yourselves, however, I am sure this bug will be fixed eventually.
the 'roof' pieces, stone at least, doesn't seem to block rain, or seal you in to make you safe from the elements. the solution I used was just put regular ceilings down, then build the roof above it.
wastes some space but it stops it.
