Gap between Door and Frame, help!

trying to build a new house and whenever i try placing a door in my frame it clips through the frame on one side and leaves a gap down the other, its really buggin me now, it looks so ugly and everytime i try a different way of placing the door it does the same.

i have countless doors and buildings in my base but this one just wont work, anyone had this? if so how can i fix it? please help, its driving me insane XD

Are you trying to mix two different materials? Wood doors wont align with stone frames, reinforced doors won't align with wood frames and so on.

It's annoying but each material type is spec'd differently.

Give us a pic. If it isn't material, my guess is uneven ground with heap of copy on copy. So to speak.

aaah that would explain it, yea im using reinforced door with a wood frame, no worries, i can just swap it out for a stone frame, will add a bit of texture to my building walls :D thanks so much for the answer :)
