Have you tried starting with Reset game resolution ?
Wow you must have one great little toaster you are playing on. Unless of course you are judging the game based on The Island or The Center maps. The more modern maps are anything but ugly with a PC able to run them on epic.

too bad only the top of the line computers are able to run this game at 60fps in 4k with the lack of dlss.
few years old but this kind of rig is not capable enough to run 4k/60fps, while in fact it doesnt even look like 4k to me at all, more like proper 1080p
