Optimal Breeding Setup for Argent?
Sorry in advance if this has posted multiple times - I've been trying but have been in bad signal connection areas multiple times.

Is there an optimal AC/fire/map location to set up an argent breeding house? I don't clock many hours per day and would really like to have a setup where I can get the egg incubating and still be able to gather other resources (and obviously check on it too) but basically not have to sit with the egg for 4 hours out of the day (assuming I do it in one day, I know I can pause it). Ideas anyone? Thanks in advance!

6 ac, put it as close as possible, you can hatch anything

Thanks. The temp range on argent eggs is 54-56C though, do AC units stabilize temperature in that way and adjust and would I have to build in a certain map zone (not the snow biome, not the swamp biome, etc)?

We have 6 AC´s in our breeding House around an area of 2x3 Foundations, works fine from Argentavis to Rex, basicly every Egg.

Our Location is southwest under the Snow Biome by the Waterfalls, so normal average Temps, no extra Heat needed.

@Willem: so basically in a 2x3 (area of 6 units) you probably have the setup as (O = generator, X = AC):

X O X

And I'm not sure where the 6th would go but that's generally how I'm envisioning your setup, unless the generator is not located inside this particular room at all. And then the egg I guess would go in the middle of this rig?

AC's donot change the temp, they give you 100 insulation against heat AND cold so you need enough AC's to give the egg you are hatching enough insulation so it doesn't take dmg.

If you are in the snow part of the map and trying to hatch a egg that needs a high temp then you are going to need alot more AC's that if you are in a warm part of the map.

Argents require 54-56F so it sounds like what you're saying is I need to find a zone that is around this temperature and then run ACs such that it locks the temperature in this range?
