Admin command to heal dino?

So, i had an idea for a fun night for my tribe sometime soon (only 4 of us on a private server). Were gonna force tame 2 120 quetz and lvl them in nothing but hp, then slap a minigun on each with several thousand rounds of ammo and have a dog fight to the death, 2 tribe mates per bird, 1 flying 1 shooting.

Is there an admin command to heal the birds, we just dont want to spend the night forcefeeding them once we level them in all hp, before we can fight

Is there anyway to heal an untamed unconcious animal? I want to use Unconcious animals for testing damage related things, but force feeding them is a pain. Surely there is some command for that?

Or is there some way to temporarily turn on friendly fire for Dinos on singleplayer? Would make testing things worlds easier.

If you forcetame a dino you don't need a saddle or you can just spawn a saddle in.
For dino's like a Dilo or Dimorph that can't be ridden, I'm not sure there IS a command for it. Best I can think of of is restarting the server with tamed dino's heal speed at something like a million, then restarting it with normal settings.
