Ty btw ;)
Still, the more you tame, the higher the chance to get a critter with one exceptional stat.
But as for battle birds, I tend to put A LITTLE into speed because I hate sauntering to the attack. =P
For my attack birds I go with:
5k HP
3k Stam
150% speed
Rest in melee. usually around 1300-1500%
I'd go 3k stam minimum (my freshly tamed arg had it from start )
Then go 1k++ damage 10k health and some point in speed (that's optional ofc)
However I dont take argents into battle anymore- not since upgrading to Quetzal with turrets
I have two argents. One is for the trips to get metal and obsidian from the mountains. They are pushed to 2k or higher carry weight.
Took on a high lvl alpha rex this morning with our current quetz, both at 35k hp and 1k melee. We took turns tanking, it was a really fun fight, lasted several minutes. We downed it but our birds took a serious beating, which is why we want to breed a few and put 0 points in weight and all into melee/hp
I agree. If I need to land for stamina there is usually a cliff I can perch on for a few seconds and have full stamina again. When I killed a lvl 88 alpha rex I had to only stop once to regain stamina.
