It will probably be rare. Not as common as Dimorphodons.
Still, even with that, it's going to be frustrating.
But hey! That's ARK for you.
This dino sounds like it would purposely be frustrating and I can see some major issues with it in a PvP environment.
Losing your MCraft stuff to someone who just set a dino to go to you while you were cutting down a tree, with no way to defend yourself... Not something I would want to have to deal with.
Luckily, a Yi Qi would be hard to encounter in the wild and when tamed, their ability to steal items is pretty low. It would require a pack of these to really bring out the annoying powers of these dinos.
Also, their ability of steal is very much random. A survivor has no control over what the Yi Qi could potentially steal. All he/she can do is cross their fringers.
As a result, they're more dangerous in the wild than when tamed, since their chances of stealing are higher.
Plus, they're weaker than a Dimorphodon in terms of health and damage. Just bring a Dimorphodon pack or use a pike to kill them.
