Plant X Targeting.
Why is there a setting for everything EXCEPT only to target wild dino's?

I just want them to kill random ♥♥♥♥ that encroaches upon my land, not other players and their dino's.

This seems like it should've been an obvious option.

On the PVE server I play on using the Players and Tamed dinos option the plants kill EVERYTHING(except your dinos and tribe members)

But yeah there needs to be better targeting options like "hostiles only" to shoot only things that are attacking you, your base or allies, or specieis specific options so my turrets won't kill off all the fish in the river but everything else.

I've never found a Plant X yet. Where do thy normally spawn?

As for turret targets, I had a turret on a raft and it targeted all the sharks a mile away before it decided to shoot at the Rex and Carno that were happily chomping down on my raft. The sharks were not my immediate concern and also, killing the sharks was protecting the very danger that I was facing.

I'd rather it didn't shoot all the sharks first when I'm trying to clear a place to land the raft. I'd also like to see an option to target wild animals only. I'm on a private server so I don't have enemies, this also applies to PVE servers too.

It might also be nice to be able to manually target an Autogun, in a similar way to the Ballista. That way you can choose what targets it shoots at and target the most immediate danger.

plenty of plant x spawns on the east coast in the swamp. just hand harvest it and you'll get plenty of seeds.

careful, theres plenty of snakes and crocs in there though... along with bugs..

Snakes and crocs are a joke as soon as you have a pike.
