Can't Access Inventory

Hi not sure if its just me but since the recent update i'm finding it very difficult to access any inventories. I click on it and it makes a noise and closes. Anyone else?

A tribe mate of mine has the same problem. When someone else does exactly the same as him: No problems

It seems that for him, it works on some but not others. For instance:
Industrial grill: it doesnt work.
Fabricator, doesnt work.
Normal inventories: works.
Dino inventories when not sitting on them: Doesnt work
Dino inventories when sitting on them: Works(Pressing F)
Smithy: Works

I also have the same problem in both single and multiplayer :S

same here cant go in to inventory of dinos and other inventorys if it open than is close again.... single and multiplayer does not work propperly

Does sound like the game is trying to press E about a hundred times. Mounting a dino and pressing F works fine.

not always sometime i have to jump off the dino and mound again and maby just maby it work but most off the time is does not work, i dead because of this issue because i cant go in to fire invertory to eat and i die.. and if i hold the E button pressed than i can in to invetory but i most puch it al the time.. this not working everytime but it will work for me sometimes..

not just me then. Thank you for your replies. I have found that taking your time works,so when you move to Access Inventory clicking it once quickly got mine open. Very frustrating but I guess thats Alpha. Hopefully one of the devs will see this and come up with a solution. Good day to you all :)

clicking it once quickly does not work for my... i have to sit on a dino to go in to in Inventory but if i want to go in the fire Inventory than i cant go in.. only put the fire on and off works... same as the store boxes i cant go in so i cant play nomore because i die al the time.....

After doing some searching, I finally found a thread where others are having the same problem I am. F works while i'm mounted but neither F or E works while unmounted. Seems like its trying to click a bunch of times, as previously stated.

what works for me is holding e down (to access an inventory) and instead of clicking on the inventory bit with your mouse just drag it to there(without clicking) and then release e works fine that way

Yeah, noticed that problem too. Hold down E, select access inventory from the ring and click on it, and it makes the 'open inventory' sound multiple times then closes it. Must have been one of the recent updates that broke it.

I found that it seems to be linked to using the Radial menu to access the inventory, If you keep E held down the entire time, the inventory will stay open. You'll see that the same thing happens if you open a storage box with the radial menu.

I found out that if you let go of E as you click "access inventory" you will get it open. I think the problem is that we are holding E and it causes it to spam. It takes timing but let go of E, IT WORKS :D
