Any way to cheat in solo and revive my dinos?

I just lost 4 trikes, 1 stego, 1 bronto, an 1 just tames pala(whatever smaller bronto) and got lost on my way back home thru the swamps. Then a lvl 16 skeleton allasaurus came and killed them ALL. That's some BS that the 1 thing killed 4 (lvl 30+) trikes. SOOOO...

any way to get them back cus i might be done playing this game entirely if i did just lose all my dinos in that one way cus that's horrifying and sux.

the ones like a small trex with slight horns over it's eyes. pretty sure my childhood knowledge on dinos says it's an allosaurus. either way... guess im done playing the game for a long while.

Can't get them back no. But there are solutions to help you avoid these in the future. Download and use ARK - Savegame Manager. Use the console in game by hitting tab and typing "Saveworld" then use the Savegame Manager to save that save. If you do something stupid, like try to take on Dodorex... and lose, simply quit, and use the Savegame manager to load the previous save, and be more careful.

That's the best advice I can offer you.

If you are playing singleplayer just up the taming times ALOT. Put them to 99 and you insta-tame them.

If you carefully up the player damage knocking them out is also easier BUT!!! you also get higher fall damage...

For example dismounting a Quetza with player damage to 100 will kill you form the fall damage. On the other hand, 1 shot with a tranq arrow knocks a Quetza out...

Solo, as in single player? if so you can spawn in whatever dino you want at whatever level you want them to be.. but before you do, IMHO "cheating" them back into exsistance, they still are not the same dino's and it may leave you un happy still. Once you slip into the ability to cheat things in, it removes the element of "risk and reward". I will paste this link for you.

Just remeber ( not to sound like yoda ) one you slip into cheating this or that, forever will it tarnish the game for you.

Well, if you're going to cheat to bring them back... why not just cheat and collect new ones? Not saying to go on a forcetame frenzy, but you could just tame the same types and try to get around the same levels you had last time.

ty, perhaps in the future when/if i come back to this game i'll do that. I cant spend all that time again staring at the knocked out dinos to tame them again. bronto took forever. so annoyed that 1 lvl 16 dino took out 7. Ionno how they reasoned that.

perfect! that's what im going to do...someday when i play again. I'm just going to get those ones i lost back and them to around where they were. i was trying to find my way home and that stupid thing came out and killed them all. I call bs for the overpowered-ness.

i actually lost 3 trikes to a bronto a couple days ago and just was like FFFFFF but ok i'll get new ones. got 4....but to lose all these 4 which i've been leveling...(triceratops is my fav) and the 3 others...it was heartbreaking...so ya im gonna take some time...and then cheat alil :P Thanks

My guess is you met an Alpha Carno. They're about four/five times stronger than a normal one, and even low levels can rip things to shreds.

Don't let it get you down. It happens. You could change your tame rates if you don't want to just /forcetame the dino's. You could even do both, raise your tame rates AND force tame to reclaim a few of your dead dinos.

You can't really get mad. Its a survival game, not a "make everything I own invincible" game. I lost 2 rexs, a spino and an argent in one go, and I never made a qq thread about it.

I just went out and found newer, better ones.

You're in single player, you can change the amount of time it takes to tame something. You can cheat and spawn in some higher level trikes with specific colors, and forcetame them in seconds. There's no reason to berate the devs.

Death is part of life. And this game.
