Sleeping, resting dinosaurs
Don't know if this as already being thought up but I think it will be a good idea to have wild sleeping dinosaurs. When you get close to one there will be a chance it wakes up angry with its attack and movement speed boosted for a certain amount of time. Would be an extra thing to look out for, add a bit more danger and they will be harder to spot.

Also would like to see tamed dinosaurs that are just sitting idle in bases lie down after a certain period of inactivity. Just to add a bit more realism.

that would be cool
In a previous digest the devs did confirm that some dinos would sleep at different times of day.

It would be nice just to have even tamed dinos be able to 'rest' or sleep, especially if it gave some kind of side benefit like allowing them to gain health back faster.

I have both a Bronto and a Mosa on my single player that still have never gotten their health up to maximum (after having a few levels put into it). Just frustrating having the bronto look bloodied for so long, when it's from him getting TOUGHER, not actually attacked.

Please, nobody cares about that crap, we just want to see a bundle of sleeping Direwolf pups.

Oh please, we all know babies would never be able to sleep without instantly starving to death. :-p

Do starving babies start spontaneously bleeding everywhere? I've only attempted it once, and can't recall.
