HOW TO TAME BATS???

Ok has anyone knocked out a bat yet? And how?? Ive tried scorpian (waiting every ten seconds.) and ive tried tranq arrow every ten seconds. Every time they die instead of passing out. Any tips??

You use bug repellent. At that point, it is a passive tame like the ape. It also likes to fly around, so it is a real pain. It's favorite food is prime meat.

Also, you can't feed it if it's agroed on anything, including your mount.

You can legit tame one in crouch cave.

We tried to build a shack to lure it in and we got it enclosed but kept aggro on the structure. outside it is untamable.

side note, do not wait ten sec between tranq arrows for taming stuff, all you are doing is letting the torpor go back up between shots and effectively wasting arrows and doing more damage in the end. 5sec is the duration for tranq arrows, 10sec is for bufo/scorp only.
