I tried changing resolution and other things, but what ended up helping was just moving the resolution slider a little. It was like the game thought it was all the way down when it was all the way up. So, try and move that and see what happens.
And btw why do you say that the links are bad ? I don't see any problem with them, i can click on them and check what they are
Sorry!

The game looks worse when you move the resolution slider up? That's odd.
here is how the game looks like :

and that's the settings the screenshots was taken with :

Check the hard drive? What does that even mean? Check it for what, do you mean do a scandisk?
I highly doubt this has anything to do with gfx drivers, or the hard drive. It's a setting that got messed up in the game somewhere.
If resetting the resolution doesn't work, I would suggest maybe renaming your gameusersettings.ini to gameusersettings.bak or something. Verify game cache and try again, maybe the ini got corrupted somehow or there's a jacked up setting in it causing problems.
It has nothing to do with resolution, the SS looks exactly like Unreal Engine is failing to load texture correctly.
I agree, clearly the textures aren't loading properly. OP even has that as the title of the thread, so, we all know that, thanks.
My question is, what do you mean by "check your hard drive" because that means nothing. OP also has over 150 hours playing ARK already, so you're thinking the hard drive went bad over night or the gfx drivers took a dump overnight?
While that's possible, it's quite unlikely and it's much, much more likely to be an issue with the game itself, not the OP's hardware. Meaning, a problem with an ini or something like that, not a bad hard drive.
